It blows my mind that anyone would conduct business in this fashion. I was working with one of their representatives, Lisa Wood, who apparently has fallen of the face of the earth. She has completely stopped following up and has failed to return any of my numerous phone calls. It has now been well over six weeks and there is still no resolution to my claim. They were the mortgage company for the buyer of my home. We had an agreement of sale to settle on 4/23. I was also going to settlement for my new home the same day. They had the paper work on the house for 2 months and did nothing to process my buyers mortgage. Three days before settlement they told my realtor the mortgage wasn't complete. I had taken off from work to move as well as hired movers to move my belongings and store them overnight as well as had repair people and new furniture to be delivered the day after I move... read more
