They were the mortgage company for the buyer of my home. We had an agreement of sale to settle on 4/23. I was also going to settlement for my new home the same day. They had the paper work on the house for 2 months and did nothing to process my buyers mortgage. Three days before settlement they told my realtor the mortgage wasn't complete.
