Stay away from this company - they are really the worst. Our air conditioner went out on July 4th. We contacted them and they said they could not get anyone out until later in the week. We called 4 different AC vendors who were not contracted with First American and all 4 had the ability to come out. We bought the warrantee to save money, so we decided to wait the day, even though it was 92 out and 100% humidity. The next day, a technician came from their preferred AC company. Beware... My water heater stopped working and I filled a claim 4 days later a guy in a beat-up van with no lettering shows up looks at the water heater tells me it needs a thermocouple said will have to order it and dont know when it will be in. I go to Home Depot pick up the part and call them they said they can't put that part in have to approve it through the warranty company. It was diagnosed incorrectly it was the pilot assembly. Typical Home Warranty company. Middle of Florida in the summer and you have a 48 hour wait for any type of service. Thumbs up!

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. The customer service representatives I spoke with would not listen to me. Even the managers and their managers don’t listen. I had many tell me “I will own this claim and follow-up with you later this week.” NEVER have they followed-up. Not ONE time. Only after I had to file a BBB claim did anyone ever call me back. Simply put, run away from them. Don’t look back. Run.
