In my experience, this bank has far too many issues. Their systems are always down, they change hours more than a car changes lanes, it’s a coin toss if their lobby is open or not on any given day, they are terrible at communicating any issues or changes with an account, and sometimes the woman behind the counter or window comes across gruff and unpleasant. Not my first choice of a bank by far.
