Staff is friendly, but only in teller. Incredibly slow. Other staff will not help out. Waited over 15 minutes in line.

Called to get a new card from a fraudulent transaction, Margaret answered and was kind of rude, then put me on hold 2 different times and after 10 minutes, I just hung up. Not sure if she is in training and if she is, they should say that. But I dont have time to waste for something easy to handle. Especially after we did all my security questions. Do better.
I love that I'm greeted by name at my main branch. And excellent customer service is always a priority by the employees!
