Dont try to call on a Saturday they just hang up on you. The cards dont last a year before the numbers fade off. Wouldn’t recommend!
Customers service is the best you will find. Kind and really want you to get help. There can be a wait, but not every time.
Would never recommend using this place. Spoke to someone on the phone to cancel my account and they ended up hanging up on me. Kind of funny that if you don't use your account for a period of time they entitle themselves to your money. Also, they gave me the run around about how I can't cancel the account over the phone.
