We recently closed on a new construction home in the Willow Point community, and our experience has been very disappointing. Almost immediately after closing, we had problems with the AC. We were told before closing that the issue had been resolved and that the system had passed inspection, but after taking possession it became clear the home was still not cooling properly. A temporary fix was made, but it only lasted about a day, and by Sunday night the thermostat was reading 77°F. We also still have unresolved repair issue... read more
