Was a first time home buyer interested in this community. Came and spoke with an agent by the name of Alanna Caratini. I was informed that because of my credit at the time it would be difficult to get me in a home but not impossible. Communication came to a halt shortly after. I applied elsewhere and was approved fairly easily. I took this as ( we have to work harder to get you approved and would rather not deal with extra work ) was disappointing to experience that.
