We used First American Homes to build our home in 2020. From the day we moved in we had to call in for warranty work. First was the floor up stairs. There was a bulge in the floor in one of the bed rooms that was 6 inches tall. The floor was so uneven we could not move furniture until it was fixed. One of there, field reps came over and tried to tell me we must have moved something to heavy in there for it to bulge like that. Nothing had been moved in yet.
