Run for the hills and fast!! These people are big liars. All they do Is make false promises and take your money. Communication is crap, I paid for earnest money and then the realtor pulled back from working with their lender and now don’t want to give money back when it was no fault of my own. Even after talking to the manager Greg Taylor and promising to give back the earnest money if I remove my comment he said they don’t return earnest money back and the funds were no longer available. There is a disconnect between what the sales person told to sell the property and what First America Homes management would say after the purchase contract is signed. New buyers need to be very careful before signing any contracts. Management would deny what was said by sales person which makes one wonder how professional and honest they are in dealing with their customers. The construction team works hard and are good people but the management team is not. They play games.

Buyer/shopper beware, if I could give a zero I definitely would. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I were looking to move to Texas last year so when we visited out there in February my sister introduced us to Hernan and he showed us a house that was being built and we were interested in so we went ahead and got pre-approved, paid the earnest money which he accepted with no problem.
