Bad quality homes. Foundation issues just two years after moving in. The HOA is another issue here. They won’t enforce their own rules and don’t care if neighbors have tall grass or do stuff they’re not supposed to. As soon as they finish selling their homes the prices will go down because the HOA doesn’t care about keeping things enforced.
BAD HOA sucking money out of homeowners and they don’t do their job. If you’re buying a home in the subdivision expect them to do nothing to enforce their own laws. They don’t care if people have tall grass or leave trash cans outside for days. They collect the HOA money but they don’t enforce anything. This neighborhood will go down in quality really fast as soon as they finish building. Also, none of these builders offer any amenities but their prices are the same as other neighborhoods that have amenities.
It was great working with Alex on the transaction of my family’s first home. He was always very prompt in responding and professional. The area around Katzer Ranch is developing well and I look forward to raising my twin daughters in this neighborhood. I also look forward to working with Alex (Sales), Jacob and Patrick (construction managers) more in the future.
