Jake (Construction Manager) is a rock star. I really enjoyed how thoughtful and caring he was. He really showed good character. When it time for my next house hope he can build it. Alex (Sale Consultant) was amazing. I mean from day one he was very nice, understanding and really down to earth type of guy! He keep me update and answer all my questions (annoying questions.) THANK YOU BOTH!!
Very nice place and owners are very friendly people.
Met up with Nick Saldana. He was very knowledgeable of the homes and answered all questions. Super professional and also allowed us to experience the homes ourselves, without any pressure. The homes are very nice with great features. We did not go with this builder, because we wanted close amenities for my daughter. I think this would be a solid pick for anybody and Nick would be the guy to talk to.
Working with Alex was an outstanding experience. He assisted me with the closing of my clients new home. He was knowledgeable about every detail of the homes and community, patiently answered all of our questions, and guided us through the process with professionalism and honesty. He had prompt communication and willingness to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to purchase with First America.
We’ve had an awesome experience with First America Homes! From the moment we walked in to check out the model home, Alejandro Davalos has been incredibly helpful to my family and me. My realtor, Angelica Alvarez Guevara, was absolutely right about how wonderful First America Homes treats their clients. We’ve truly felt valued throughout this journey! As of know any issues wich we haven't had any major they come and fix it. Jake is wonderful on making the appointments and making sure that things get done.
