I have had the privilege of talking with two of the gentlemen there, Mr. Altamirano and Mr. Ruiz. They were both very helpful and accommodating, answering any and every question that my wife and I, even our child, had. We were shown every plan that we wanted to see, some farther along then others. When I returned to ask more questions I was given the same high quality treatment.
