We had the best experience with Jennifer Lin and First America Homes, Hickory Ridge. She was there every step of the way to ensure our needs were met, answering questions and meeting us at the property to go over updates. She went above and beyond our expectations with so many extras. We are now in our dream home and we owe it to Jennifer. This is not a review of the HOA! That sucks! Lol I bought this house that had sat vacant since being built in 2022. Bought it in Feb of 2025 so of course there could be issues with a house that sat vacant that long. A few weeks ago, my sewer backed up into the house. I called Juan Lopez, the construction manager. He was at my house in less than 15 minutes. After calling in a plumber, it was clear the sewer pipe from the house to the street was clogged. I bought my home back in June, I am very happy and pleased with First America Homes. Our direct point of contact Juan Lopez is always there to answer any questions or concerns. Hickory Ridge community is very peace full, quiet and safe we made the right choice for our family. Thank you Juan!!!
