First and foremost, Juan Lopez was extremely helpful with the walk through and showing everything our First America home has to offer. Juan is the man. Thank you Juan!
Julius was amazing at helping us find our first home, even going as far as to help us find a home ready for move in within San Antonio, Red Hawk Landing, when we weren't able to find a completed one in his community. The additional check-ins after we closed definitely show he cares!
After living in the Hickory Ridge community for a little over a year now, my husband and I are mostly satisfied. Our home is beautiful and structurally sound. Shout out to Juan Lopez, the contractor for First America, for exceeding our expectations during our 11 month warranty inspection. The community's unfinished Amenity Center and the lack of lighting at the entrance of the community at night is completely unsatisfactory. The Hickory community in Elmendorf is a great place, I visited First America Homes and I really enjoyed my time there Julios was very knowledgeable and helpful he answered all our questions. The homes are beautiful.
