I sure hope this isn’t happening here.
I have TREC 3rd party inspected over 40 homes in Encino Estates since 2022. I dread inspecting a First American home. It feels like I'm making the punch list for the builder rather than inspecting a ready to move in home for a buyer. I'm not saying that you're not going to get a good home. I'm just saying, "It's almost done." They get these stars because I have the hassle of explaining away the condition to buyers and calming their nerves.
