This “new build” neighborhood is an absolute joke. I was excited to own my first home. Only to come out with being disappointed. The water is absolutely disgusting here and they have no plans to fix the matter. The water is green and smells gross. I had to spend thousands of dollars on a water filtration system to feel comfortable to bathe my son. The power also randomly goes out all the time for no reason at all. This new build is nothing but a nightmare and the builders don’t care
