Very very poor warranty. The plumbing only has a 5yr deal. The 5yr mark was Feb 14th 2025. These people went as far as coming to look at it before they said “O hey your warranty is out”. Point being do better can’t wait to sell this lemon!
Hello, This is the second time I post here, again I love the floor plan, and location of the house and not asking for a new home nor to pay for my mortgage. I just want for First America Homes to back up what they advertise. See picture below for details. My dryer braker keeps tripping with out using the appliance and the appliance disconnected. This company has completely disappointed me. From the start I had false information given to me and information purposely withheld. Because of that I made the decision to back out of the purchase. I provided earnest money before any paperwork was signed and have had the absolute worst time trying to get that money back. I have been trying to contact corporate office for more than 3 weeks, with no response, I message the sales representative at least once a week for an update and it is always an excuse.
