I had a terrible experience with First Alliance and, more specifically, Deanna. She didn't send wire instructions until the last minute, and I had to scramble to 3 branches to send the wire in time. When she finally sent the instructions, she was annoyed I didn't call her assistant. I called the number I was given. This task isn't beneath you.
