Beyond upset. My fiancé and I went to first alliance for their competitive mortgage rates. We put our application in on a Wednesday and we were told it would take a maximum of 48 hours to hear back. We didn’t hear anything for well over 72 hours and it was now the following Tuesday. We ended up calling back to get any sort of update - only to find they never received some paperwork needed for the initial application and they didn’t bother reaching out to us about it. New to the area, need to open an account. Called and used the automated system to talk to a “member advisor”, and waited for over 13 min to talk to someone who then said he needed to transfer me to someone else. Nope, not a good sign.
