First and foremost great people at all locations. The online banking is my issue. It seems 1/10 times it’s just out of service and that’s unacceptable. Might as well pull my money out if I don’t have access to it when I need to. The worst part is there isn’t even an after hours option to fix issues. They need to fix these frequent issues if they want to keep customers.
Trust them over any other bank, literally works with you on anything, even managed to refinance my car lower than my bank at a 4.74%. 10/10 will continue doing business with them.
First Alliance Credit Union is a very trustworthy bank they helped me out with some many small loans
