Gerardo the tech was fabulous. On time. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after the job.
Once again, Gerardo was great! He and Andrew got my big new smart TV mounted and hooked up to my sound bar and other devices, taught me how to use the remotes, set up one of the HDMI ports to come out inside the console below the TV where I could hook up any external devices in the future without having to find the ports in the way back, and showed me how to cast things directly to the TV from my phone. New to dealing with 1st Alarm. We purchased a home with pre existing wiring in Greentown, Pa. A rep (Joe) came out to our home and not only spent over 3 hours to “jumpstart” our system, but was the most professional and down to earth technician we have experienced. He spent a great amount of time trying to configure our system with the new updates, and also then patiently guiding 2 non technical parents (and one tech savvy offspring) with the great remote options.
