These guys are 5 star and it's not for nothing. My apt was gut renovated and brand new yet we had a constant roach issue. After some back and forth via messaging, someone came within 2 days and assessed the entire apt top to bottom. Our contractor left many areas unsealed so they took photos and sent them to me! We hired a handyman, marked all areas with tape and had everything taken care of. We haven't seen a roach since and I'm A LOT less jumpy when I see a shadow!
