I applied for my white card here last September. Completed it and passed with no issue. I didn't need the card until a few months ago when I realised they never lodged it or sent it to me. I emailed them and requested it to be sent to me. They then over the course of multiple emails denied that I ever done the course or even had it booked. I replied with my receipt of payment and proof of completion. The New Entrant Liquor Licence Training course was great. The trainer was very knowledgeable and was able to give us his person life experiences to explain particular laws
