I would recommend this place to others. I needed a new camera put in my Galaxy S4 and Jeff had it done in about 5 mins. Very reasonable price too. I'll be coming here with any other cell phone or tablet issues.
I attempted calling three times. After being sent to a message about a mailbox not being set up and straight up hung up on,I would have to say stay away.
Great customer service and beyond pleased with time and product repair. Will gladly refer friends and family to First Aid Cellular.
The screen on my Iphone ended up broken somehow. I called First Aid Cellular frantic because this is my only means of communication. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and told me to bring it right in. I did have to leave my phone over night but the next day the man that helped me called my husband's phone and let me know that my phone was all set and fixed. This was amazing, the price was very reasonable as well. I would suggest this business to anyone that needs a phone or like item fixed!
The owner, Jeff, is a deaf, senile old man running off the hoorah of being former military. He was probably dishonorably discharged from his menial enlisted status, but the USA can be thankful he's FORMER military. He told me my part would be in on Saturday and it would be fixed the same day, and he would call me when the part came in that Saturday. I agreed.
