I went here to complete my first aid and cpr, and the trainer Mel B was so good, so thorough and very clear on everything she said! she was the best! had an amazing experience!
Was a waste of time. Out of the 1/1/2 hours booked for CPR we only spent 2 min on CPR. Trainer said she felt she needs to do blood loss, snake bites etc instead of CPR. I felt I did not sign up for First Aid (only due in 2 years' time). I asked Trainer if I was in the wrong course and she responded no I am in the correct course, and she will do CPR soon, you will be out of here in 2 minutes. I can’t recommend first aid accident and emergency enough. From the moment I called the team the lady’s on the phone were so helpful in assisting me with getting my lvr,cpr and first aid cert booked in and the query’s I had when I got started. I had Rachel teaching all 3 and she’s amazing, funny, informative, full of knowledge with extra questions the class had and incredibly supportive.
