Our first lender used this company to appraise a condo, and after the first lender couldn't approve the HOA, we had to go with another lender who was local. Our appraisal was transferred to our new lender, who is now telling us we need to pay for ANOTHER appraisal because this company messed up the first appraisal and its going to be more of a hassle to use the current appraisal than to just get a new one done.
