do yourself and never book with these people. I had a medical emergency that i was going through in and out of the hospital and still provided difficult responses. When they needed something they called emailed left voicemails multiple times a day.. then when i need them.. they hang up in my face. Trent ( whoom he never signed his name on emails) was one of the people i spoke to. avoid at all cost. my goal is to get them off VRBO.
