All of the recommendations he issues, as far as I observed him, are based on speculation and lacking of any rigor or scientific basis. Horrible horrible man. Needs his license revoked. Stated ex spouse could have 50-50 in almost every case, because ‘if they can be a parent one day a week they can be a parent all the time.’ Took no heed to my ex -spouse’s inability to self care, inability to maintain job, inability to have a stable life for himself, drug abuse, eviction, etc; still advised 50-50 time-sharing. Extremely Bias, don't understand how he can say a parent has mental issues when he has not seen them on a regular basis. I totally agree with comment below that " He is total bias to whoever has the control of finances. He is a treat to society but mostly to the children that unfortunately fall on his hands. The number of families this man has destroyed and the number of current cases that he is destroying is beyond belief. He does not care about the children nor does he do his job. Pay him lots of money and he will say whatever you want. Combined with Anastacia Garcia, Jordan Abramowitz, Leinoff, Julio Vigil, Aileen Fernandez-Mesa, Evan Marks, Lilian Loebl - if any of those names are on your case you should settle now or expect your family to experience servers trauma.
