Wonderful service! I can’t say enough great things about Firmus. Smooth and friendly booking experience. Chelsea was very helpful with noting the details of my trip and sent booking confirmation that was much appreciated. My driver Rick was kind, professional and a safe driver. The car was clean and comfortable- it even had snacks and water (such a thoughtful touch). Firmus is reasonably priced, especially for the incredible service throughout the entire process. Booked round trip to Logan Airport. Drivers were pleasant courteous and on time even though our return flight was very late. Very reasonably priced. Cars were clean and comfortable . I will use them again
