I received a nice compression machine for my first shoulder surgery it worked so well I loved it. I would recommend it to anyone that needs medical equipment. This one is top-notch. I have never posted a review before but I could let this one go. I received a sling on my arm after surgery that I was billed $300.00 with a 50% discount $150.00. Sounds like a great deal until I researched the cost of the sling with a going rate of $39.99 for the exact sling. Before shoulder surgery ask your physician where you sling is coming from. If it is coming from Firmus Medical, buyer beware! I suggest you purchase your own sling. This is an insane mark up!

I was very Impressed with Firmus Medical. The Knowledge and Professionalism that came with the use of their Machine was Outstanding, the added Concern about my Injury was like the Frosting on the Cake. Thank You to Greg and his Staff for Great Customer Service & their part in making my Injury better. !
