I ordered a Firmstrong Urban Man 7 Speed Men's 26" Beach Cruiser on October 6th. A week later, I still has not received any updates about the status of the order, so I contacted Firmstrong about the status of my order via their preferred method of email. A week later, after getting no response, I finally called them to find out the status of my order, to find out the bike was out of stock. Firmstrong has very good quality bikes. Soft cushioning on the seating. Nice Baskets on the front or back or there bicycles.
