I can't say enough good things about the team over at firm stone. Every time I call them up they treat me like a member of their community and it feels like they're concern is more about making sure we are taking care of rather than purely profit driven. They are always courteous and very quick to respond when I repeatedly run out of oil because I never watch my tank closely enough. Really one of the best companies in the area to deal with
Ordered oil 2 weeks ago, still nothing delivered and my invoice is paid in full. Keep being told my oil is on the next truck and nothing. No communication, no calls about delivery attempts, NOTHING!!!
