Chris seemed like a nice enough guy. Came out to give us a quote on some large projects. While he was here he fixed an irrigation head of ours that had broken, however, he replaced it with a directional sprayer versus 360 spraying, as it was previously. We hired Firmly Rooted to build a retaining wall. They did what we thought was a wonderfull job. We really loved the result. However, after a couple of years the main wall is falling in on itself because they did not construct it correctly. I called and emailed. No rresponse.Now Iwe will have to spend a considerable amount of money to fix it because they wanted to save money on stone. I would not hire them.

This is my 2nd project using Firmly Rooted landscaping, & just as before the work was outstanding. Our final excavation, left a 4ft high terrace at the rear of our new back yard, so we wanted stone pavers on our terrace with an attached fire pit for gatherings with a retaining wall low enough for sitting Chris was very professional & flexible, arriving on two separate occasions to make measurements and estimates for two ideas we contemplated. Used Firmly Rooted to install a new brick paver walk - couldn't be more pleased with the result! Crew was timely, professional, and friendly, and work completed looks great and works great! Highly recommend and would use again for future projects!
