Holly is knowledgeable, Great skilled reflexologist. Wonderful touch
My goals at my first meeting with Holly was to find balance and focus but I got much more than that! During the first session I entered a mental-type zone where it seemed I was hyper-focused mentally and making list and finding solutions. It was so relaxing and educational. I came away with less tension in my shoulders and my wrists not hurting from carpal tunnel. Who knew you could get all of that from working on feet? I highly recommend giving it a try!
