It went well. The parts assistant ordered the part and told what day it would arrive. I was there that day and got the part.
Service side is great, brought my Super Duty twice. Always professional and honest so I appreciate that.
If could give zero stars, I would. brought my 2020 Fusion in at the start of the year, and they said it was coolant intrusion. Warranty covered it over $3,500 worth of work done. Then just a few months later, my turbo blows. take it back to the same dealership, and instead of being upfront, they charge me $1,100 for work that clearly didn't solve anything.
