Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? A little. I wish they had been more gentle Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
