They were very responsive, came and did the quote right away. They worked with us to make sure we got good quality supplies while respecting our choices. The quote was very detailed and we were able to make changes and choose which sections to do or not do. They came on time every day and worked late each night in order to get the work done. Very respectful and kind. I was really surprised to find such good work done so quickly. Only small issues came up and they were resolved immediately.

Hiring this bathroom remodeler was a huge mistake. The project was supposed to take three weeks, but they dragged it out for over six weeks with no real explanation. The crew seemed inexperienced, and the workmanship was terrible—tiles were uneven, grout was messy, and the shower fixtures were installed crookedly. They left construction debris all over my house, and I had to constantly supervise them to prevent further mistakes. Communication was almost nonexistent, and I would never hire them again.

I deeply regret hiring this company for our bathroom remodel. From the start, they were disorganized and unreliable. They missed deadlines repeatedly, and the work they did was low quality. The vanity cabinets didn’t align properly, the bathtub installation was uneven, and the faucet leaked from day one. Every time I asked for corrections, I was given excuses and empty promises. It ended up costing me more to hire someone else to fix their mistakes than the original remodel.

This bathroom remodeler turned what should have been a simple renovation into a nightmare. The workers often arrived late or didn’t show up at all, leaving the project stagnant for days. When work was done, it was sloppy—tiles were chipped, grout was poorly applied, and some fixtures didn’t fit correctly. They also left dust and debris throughout the house, which made living here unbearable. Avoid this company unless you want stress, delays, and shoddy workmanship.
