Firm Feel Inc. feels like a company stuck in the past and proud of it. For a Mopar aftermarket parts business, trust matters. Customers care about details, fitment, quality, and follow-through. Firm Feel Inc. delivered a masterclass today in how not to manage customer communication. My wife called and was treated with a level of rudeness that felt less like a business interaction and more like someone having an avoidable meltdown while pretending it was customer service.
