This company are scammers. The reviews are fake. They are rude and called names and were demeaning when they showed up at door to solicit for a job. When turned down they started cursing and calling disgusted names. What kind of legitimate company does this?

I had great success with Firm Craft. David was working in area and noticed that I had missing shingles. In spite of my attempts to nail shingles back into place they never stayed as nothing substantial to attach to. David assured that his team would be able to fix this issue and was able to get someone in the next day. Very impressed with Lenny as used multiple means to secure the new shingles in place while trying to best match original shingles. Also like that they honor verbal agreements.

I highly recommend Firm Craft Construction. We needed to repair some cement and brick work on the outside lower parts of our home. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The service was prompt, the workers were all pleasant, and there weren’t any messes left behind. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They did a great job for me, fixing a crumbling concrete wall, relaying some bricks that were loose, and laying a concrete path that had been dug up for other repairs. I recommend them for their concrete/masonry skills.

Had a very positive experience with Firm Craft Construction. Very thorough estimate and clear communication throughout the process. The craftmanship and care that went into my chimney repair was well done and the worksite was kept clean and clear during the job. David and his team were awesome and I would recommend them!
