Dr Steven Koh, I cannot recommend him enough! Will continue to see him aslong as he practices. So kind, patient, understanding but also straight to the point. An outstanding doctor.
I had a consultation with Dr. Babak Taghavi for my eye issue. Unfortunately, I felt very uncomfortable during the visit. The tone of communication felt harsh and lacked compassion, which made it difficult for me to explain my symptoms properly. There was also a misunderstanding where my sister was addressed as my wife, which added to the discomfort during the consultation. I hope patient communication can be improved for a better experience.
I am very disappointed with the treatment my son received from Dr Babak. I initially booked an appointment with my regular GP, Dr Elia Mohamed, the week prior, as my 2-year-old son had been crying and complaining of ear pain. At that time, no infection was identified and no treatment was required. However, over the following week, his condition did not improve. Been coming here for years and 45min seems to be the average waiting time....it seems my time is worth nothing to the practice which is insulting. If you are 5 minutes late they want to punish you 🤣
They lost my partner’s swab test and didn’t let her know until her next appointment which was 3 months later. Also got her name wrong for which she can’t get insured and then they say they can’t do anything about the name. Absurd!
