I have been seeing Dr. Ross for 15 years, and she is an excellent, highly professional, and caring family doctor. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always treats his patients with kindness and respect. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding family doctor.
Withheld my fathers death certificate asking for payment and then when the funeral home said no thats not the process you send the death cert then all bills are paid from the estate. They then sent it through without the info just a blank signed form...this went back and forward until the beautiful funeral home ladies got tough and finally it was sent through correctly after 3 tries by the dtr. Terrible way for a dtr to treat the family of a long term patient.
