Bought a vehicle, I thought they did a good job, they had what I was looking for.
I have a brand new Mitsubishi outlander, had small body issue. When I purchased it, I went to them they fix it. They replaced the front area. It was covered under the warranty, they did a great job in a very timely matter, very easy and professional to deal with them.
We have always had great experiences with every department at Firkins Jeep. For our most recent visit, the people at the collision center were great to work with. Our Gladiator had some damage and we were worried about how bad the process would be and how good the outcome might be. Firkins assured us up front that they would handle everything and make our Jeep like new and that is exactly what they did!
