I have been a loyal customer at Firkins Chrysler for 15 years, but after my recent experience I doubt that I will ever go back. I took my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica in because the headlights were not working. I was informed that both headlight bulbs were burned out. The cost to replace two H.I.D headlights was $1796.31 which I thought was excessive. The cost for two headlight elements was $440 each so I did some research.
