Absolutely awful dealership. Customer service is horrendous. My truck has been there for a month now and just today I learn it's going to be another 3 months. Just insane. Awful communication. I have to call them the beginning of every week to find out what's going on. Only ever time I call it gets pushed further and further back. They say the have no courtesy vehicle, but they gladly rent you a car from their buddies on the same lot for more then you would rent from a nationally known car rental company. I would sincerely like to thank Trevor Crew my advisor, Brian Trent my technician, and service manager James Byrnes for their unwavering commitment to getting my Ram 1500 Limited back on the road. It was a long three months however the team at Firkins did not give on my truck. Thank you to you all for your dedication to your customers. I would recommend anyone to buy or get their Dodge/Ram/Jeep repaired at Firkins!
