Billy Fell in the service write up dates is great. Tells it like it is - been very happy with my service.
I am so disappointed with the entire service experience at Firkins. They were uncommunicative, they did not fix the problem. Still, my van is not working and they charged me a deductible on my extended warranty that I purchased through them when I bought the car. This was never made known to me during my purchase. Additionally, when I brought the car in I said, I have an extended warranty and the service guy, which i'm not going to name, said, no, you don't. You have to pay for your oil change. Not true. Brought my Wrangler Rubicon in for oil change and tire rotation. Only have 24k miles on it. I had been noticing that the engine start/stop feature had not been working so asked them to check it. Advisor said it could be a dead auxiliary battery which is located under the normal battery. He told me to access it it's above the front passenger wheel. We'll, they checked it and it was the problem. Didn't notice until I got home that they had removed the black plastic mud gaurd molding above that wheel and cut all of the plastic ... read more
