Came in for a birthday party this weekend and had the absolute worst expierence i have ever had in a restraunt/bar. Upon entry i thought i was going to walk right out of my shoes bc the floor was so filthy and sticky. Went to order a pitcher of budlight but it was broken. Went to order a bottle but they were all warm, they did give me corona for the same price. Went to order a shot of patron but they had none. We left a good brewery to go to The Fox because we were hungry. 9:50 pm & we were told they were no longer serving food. Then the bartender turned around and sat down to eat her food. She clearly didn't care about her job. Music was crap, too. I miss Firnin' & Fox. Only good thing left are the drink prices.
We are here for a family get together. Our server Ravyn G is terrible. She forgot to put orders in, she forgot to bring our food. Burgers were cold all around terrible service. I asked for a water and NEVER RECIEVED IT. figured she was digging a well to get the water. Will not be going back. And to top it off gratuity was added to the bill and she did not deserve it.
Great food and service, and the atmosphere was interesting
Got brought dirty dishes. Also waited over an hour, when they weren't even close to busy. Waitress told me dishwasher was broken...
Was excited to go but they were overwhelmed on trivia night, no hot dogs for baseball game, no sandwiches, took forever to get our bills. Hopefully when they know Trivia is every week they are prepared
