Very unprofessional and arrogant. I reached out and had the initial call. During the call I felt a push that I needed to spend at least 1500k to 2000k per person. They told me they’d follow up. I never heard from them so I reached out as they promised they would send me package details. The package details were vague in terms of the cost. At the start, she softly guided us when we had no idea what we wanted or how to select between vendors. She painstakingly ensured that we were never stressed, and that we always found options that checked enough boxes for everyone involved. Shruti and the Firgun team were a phenomenal addition to our wedding. For 2.5 years, Shruti helped us plan our dream wedding, taking calls, helping us on big decisions and ensuring we were happy the whole time. During the wedding, the Firgun team did a phenomenal job ensuring we were happy, well fed (and well-drank), while ensuring all events were met to the timeline. Would certainly recommend to anyone!
Firgun Events lived up to their commitment of providing full wedding planning to the last moment of events. My wedding was destination wedding at Hard Rock Resort in Punta Cana, DR. We were nervous about having wedding in unknown country and making sure everything goes by Hindu rituals.
