The medical care is very good. Getting past the front desk is, more than half of the time, horrid. There appears to be little understanding of: Customer Service Dynamics, how hubris or patronising and/or behaviors, that may be intentional or not, make a customer feel ignored. This - after a long flight or drive or family emergency..... I am going else where for boarding and medical care.
