Don't get a monthly bill. Maybe I get one every 2 months and then there is a late charge. All the other reviews hit this on the head. Old systems, and no customer service.
I'm not sure why this company can't come into the 21st century, no on line payment and no way to set up the auto pay without having to mail the form, which they say they never received. What the heck is going on with this 1990's process???? Late fees, they are making money on ill gotten late fees?!?!? Why are there not criminal charges on these folks when they are creating the very problems they are charging us for??
Please start a online payment!!!!!! It's 2025 not 1996. Some of us don't have time to go in person to pay. I wish we had the option of choosing our own utility company instead of being stuck with one that don't give what customers want.
If I could give -stars I would! I hate that I have to deal with this company, never a good experience. This time Maleri or Valerie was my rep and it was terrible, she very short, snippy, unpleasant to say the least. Very unprofessional. I understand ppl have bad days but this is your job (customer service) I don’t think this job is for her
Zero customer service. Zero compassion. Zero accountability. Field crew is fantastic, but whoever is running the office needs to be replaced. Your customers need timely answers. Your responsibility providing something as vital as water, should be taken seriously. Your office staff should be reachable and accountable. I wish I had another option.
