I always got a great service from the customer service.
I never had any billing issues, I printed their Automatic Payment form and sent to them with Voided check. All good so far. The prices are fair as well.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever delt with. I never know how much I owe they don’t send any bills. I way to pay online.
The service is absolutely awful and as a result I am extremely unsatisfied. Can’t make a payment because I can’t seem to establish contact with them despite multiple attempts on multiple occasions. Do Better!
