I have to agree with so many others the inability to do an online payment is crazy this day and age. I have found the customer service to be great so far. We will see how the rest shakes out.

Don't get a monthly bill. Maybe I get one every 2 months and then there is a late charge. All the other reviews hit this on the head. Old systems, and no customer service.
I'm not sure why this company can't come into the 21st century, no on line payment and no way to set up the auto pay without having to mail the form, which they say they never received. What the heck is going on with this 1990's process???? Late fees, they are making money on ill gotten late fees?!?!? Why are there not criminal charges on these folks when they are creating the very problems they are charging us for??
