Had reservations for 6:15, sat at 6:20, had to tell waitress at 6:45 we would like to order. Asked about food at 7:15, and told her just box it up we need to get going. 7:20 told us kitchen was working on it, we did ask her if it had been made yet, she said if we need to leave no problem, no charge, so they had probably not even started. So we left, food that we saw at surrounding tables did look good

Three of us went here on a Friday evening for a new experience. Overall it was meh. Nothing expectational or worth going back for. The burger was good, just an average burger you can get anywhere, tasted pre frozen. The poutine was not what I've from Canada would consider poutine. Came with a light turkey looking gravy rather than a traditional thick brown gravy -good flavor though. After being asked how our meal was by none other than the OWNER and giving honest feedback on the steak tips (didn't ask for a refund or for it to be removed from the bill). She responded "oh I'm happy to throw away $20 worth of meat". Rude and inappropriate. Then when my spouse attempted to calmly let her know her behavior was unacceptable she tried to defend herself instead of apologizing. After 4-5 very pleasant experiences this was enough so that We will NEVER spend another red cent in this establishment.
