Do NOT go here! There are plenty of other spas in the area. The owner was very rude and unethical. From the moment we walked up the stairs it was not a pleasant experience. Even from the way we were greeted, we should have left at that point! Their policies are not normal. The owner was aware that we were unhappy and had a problem, in the end we were never refunded any money nor did we get any service. She is not a nice or professional business owner!
Firewood Spa is a safe haven for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate. The whole place had a heavenly aroma as soon as I walked in, it was so refreshing. Kyra made my experience perfect, I feel so rejuvenated, much needed after a very long work week. My skin is so soft, and I'm GLOWING. Definitely will be back again and again. 🤩☺ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked a massage online and saw they had clear policies on leaving a card on file but i never received a link or confirmation to do so. I show up for my massage and the doors are locked. The receptionist was not friendly at all when I called in. There were awkward pauses on the phone and a weird disconnect that came off very rude. I understand their policies, but the customer service, lack of preparation and delivery was disappointing enough for me to not want to try and book again.
