Lance and his crew are great to deal with. I left Vivint due to horrible service and equipment. FireWire far exceeded expectations with the install, service, monitoring, and being available for questions. We had them install 7 exterior cameras, alarm system, and DVR system. Flawless execution. We would highly recommend. GEAUX LOCAL!!!
FireWire took care of all our Audio/Video/internet needs for our newly constructed home. We have been pleased with the service they have provided and highly recommend them for all AV needs. Update - 9/24/24. I called FireWire a few weeks ago to come out and fix some issues since they installed our AV system. I was told that someone would reach back out to me to schedule a date and time. I recently had a problem where my cameras was not sending trip notifications Fire Wire technician Chris came out took his time explain the situation updated the Modem and the cell app and was able to get the system back-up and running within less than a hour's time and very professional.
