When I first started acupuncture it was kind of a last ditch effort to help with a back injury with sciatica symptoms. I had been rehabbing the injury with Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy. It had greatly improved, but I was still wasn't 100%. After working with Kate, we were able to greatly reduce the sciatica symptoms and I was incredibly pleased with my results as I wasn't really sure what to expect.
