I've been in a similar problem as the reviewer Steve W had 2 years ago with waiting over 3 weeks for restoration after water damage, but much worse. FireWater remediation has been very responsive and constantly visiting my house for a pinhole leak and drip in November until they were complete in the middle of November and I let them know I would like the full restoration as well, thinking this is simplest as they take "before" photos of everything, were recommended by my home insurance, and promise to make things very easy f... read more

Cliff, Nohum R, and the rest of the team were transparent, honest, thorough, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the outcome. We appreciate that everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
I had a bathtub overflow and leak down to the condo unit below me. I asked them to give me a repair estimate and they never gave me an estimate. They insisted I didn't need an estimate insurance would pay but due to weird HOA rules there was a chance I might have to pay so i needed to know the numbers. I also strongly felt that one should get 2 or 3 bids before doing any work to be sure the price was reasonable.
