It came with no bbq sauce on it or on the side and it was very dry.
Place this very overpriced and the ribs are very mid. Their mac and cheese is weird and had red pepper in it. The brisket tastes like pot roast and doesn’t have any smoke flavor. I love bbq but I don’t really like their style, the best thing here is actually their burger with all the bacon and cheese on it. The food is great here at firewater the pig picture really represent there food to be honest this is the best barbecue place i’ve evr been too. The service is good too they are very welcoming.
My wife and I were looking for somewhere new to go for BBQ and man are we glad we stopped at Firewater! Food was outstanding. Brisket and pulled pork were some of the best we've had. The cornbread is something else! Service was great too! Next time you want some good BBQ, give Firewater a shot. You will not be disappointed! We will be back for sure!
