Even more awesome than I thought when I bought it 2 years ago... due to major life events, I didn't get to try it out until this week. We soaked for hours on a bluff overlooking the beach under the Full Moon on the Sunshine Coast, listening to murmurs from the occasional sea lion. Incredibly portable - I was able to lift and fit it easily into my 1999 VW van AND set it up in less than 15 mins *by myself*. The only thing that is a bummer is on the medium size tub the drink tray platform falls into the tub when the water is full and has people in it! Which can be a major bummer if you know what I’m saying!
The Firetub is do easy to use and maintain. Simply place it anywhere you want, fill with water and light a fire. It can be easily moved around to new locations and is awesome for off grid cabins. It was easy to set up right out of the crate and staff is easy to deal with.
Firetubs !!! We bought our tub in May 24. From first time on Firetubs web site to the delivery of our tub was great and stress free. Matthew and his team were great. From buying the tub to the delivery of the tub was easy. Pick up at local trucking depot when well too. As for the tub we bought the Ember Model. I purchased the Ember FireTub earlier this summer, and while the hot weather kept us from using it right away, we’ve been getting plenty of use out of it now—and it’s fantastic. Every detail has been carefully thought out, and it’s clear this tub was designed by someone who truly understands how it’s used. The wood stove fits perfectly with the tub, and the three-pin system that holds it in place is both clever and simple to use.
